At CM Nails Supply, we carry professional-grade products and hold ourselves to a high standard. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. If you have questions about a product, its colour, or its finish before you buy, email us at info@cmnailssupply.com. We are happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that there may be instances when you need to initiate a return. Return shipping must be arranged at your own expense.

Our return policy is valid for 7 days after the delivery date. After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on polishes, gels, powders, products without tamper-proof seals, or electronics.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@cmnailssupply.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Professional Use Notice

Many products in our store are intended for professional use only. They require proper training, knowledge, and technique for safe and effective application. We are not responsible for adverse effects or misuse. If you are a DIY customer, we recommend having these products applied at a licensed salon.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Gel polishes, nail polishes, dip powders, acrylic powders, and any product without an intact tamper-proof seal are excluded from returns. Once these items are shipped, they are considered used.

All clearance and red-line sale items are final sale. No exceptions.

All electrical equipment, including LED lamps, UV lamps, and nail drills, cannot be returned or exchanged. For these products, please register your warranty directly with the manufacturer. We are an authorized retailer, so registration should be straightforward. Keep a copy of your receipt in case you need to make a claim. See the Warranty section below for more detail.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Despite our best efforts in packaging and quality control, occasional manufacturer defects or order errors may occur. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, email us at info@cmnailssupply.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, the name of the item, and a description of the issue. We will assess your request and confirm next steps.

All requests are reviewed on an individual basis and subject to our store policies. If approved, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card, or send a replacement item at our discretion.

Eligible Returns

For products not excluded above, we accept returns under the conditions described here. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before sending anything back.

You must contact us within 7 days of your delivery date. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved returns are processed within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the package. Store credit is issued as a gift card. If a refund to your original payment method is approved, please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for your bank to post the transaction.

Fees and Deductions

Return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or because of a customer ordering error, a $4.5 fee applies. This covers the payment processing, shipping, handling, and related costs incurred at the time of your purchase. The actual cost to ship your original order will also be deducted from any refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as refunds can take additional time to appear on your statement. In some cases, the refund may already be reflected in your balance before it shows as a separate transaction.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items. Before contacting us, check with your neighbours, building management, or your local post office. If your package is still missing, reach out to the carrier directly to file a claim.

Warranty

All product warranties are provided by the manufacturer, not by CM Nails Supply. We do not cover shipping costs for warranty claims. You are responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product to the manufacturer.

Register your product with the manufacturer as soon as possible after purchase. Most electronics carry a one-year manufacturer warranty. Check the product packaging or the manufacturer's website for specific warranty details.

CM Nails Supply is not responsible for changes in manufacturing components, product specifications, or colour that may differ from our product listings or promotional materials.
