At CM Nails & Beauty Supply, we are committed to providing high-quality professional products to our valued customers. As a wholesaler, all sales are final, so we encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Certain products are designed for professional use only and require proper training, knowledge, and expertise for safe and effective application. We are not responsible for any adverse effects or misuse.
NOTES FOR DIY
Some products are PROFESSIONAL USE ONLY. Professional-grade products require certain training, knowledge and skill to be used properly. We cannot be held liable for improper use or bodily reactions. We do not manufacture the products sold. We recommend taking these products to your favourite salon to have them professionally applied. This is a great option to ensure you have a sanitary and a cost-saving visit.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Nail polishes, gels, and powders
- Used or opened chemical products
- Eyelashes and lash extensions
- Precision instruments (e.g., nippers, clippers, scissors)
- Any product that poses a hygiene or contamination risk once opened or used

What if I received an incorrect or defective item?
While we take great care in packaging your order, occasional mistakes or manufacturer defects may occur. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please email us at info@cmnailssupply.com within 3 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assess whether to issue a refund or send a replacement.
After the 3-day grace period, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our terms and conditions.

- We will email back and provide further instructions. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
- Items that are returned will be issued a store credit in the form of a gift card towards a purchase of your next item.
- Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label. Customer is responsible for any associated shipping charges.
RETURNS CRITERIA
- Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving it.
- All items must be unused.
- All items must be in the original packaging and in good condition.
- All red-line sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be redeemed for store credit, refund, or exchange.
- All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
- Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
Items with any of the following conditions cannot returned:
- All red-line sale items
- Items with broken product seals
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
- Items not purchased through cmnailssupply.com
*Note: Returned products will be inspected and if items are determined to be used, damaged or tampered with, will be non-refundable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Returns & Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all Returns & Exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.
- Returns & Exchanges that don’t meet our Return Criteria, including return instructions, are subject to delayed processing times, store credit, restocking fees, or denial.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your Return or Exchange has been processed.
