Contactless Curbside Pickup

We’ll bring your item out to you.

We’re constantly looking for ways to help our customers safely get what they need during this critical time. Contactless curbside pickup is fast, free and easy.

1) Simply complete your order on and proceed to payment via card, Interac e-Transfer®, or cash on arrival.

2) When we finish preparing your order, you will receive an email notification allowing you to pickup your order. 

3) When you get there, we’ll bring your order out to you. Please have your order email confirmation on hand. 

4) Pickup times are: 12:30 pm-4 pm ET Sundays-Thursdays. We are closed on Friday-Saturday. 

Common Questions:

Why haven’t I received my email confirmation? 

It may take up to 90 mins for your order to be confirmed. If you still haven’t received your email confirmation after 90 mins, be sure to check your junk folder as it may have ended up in the wrong place.

When completing your reservation, you may have also entered your email address incorrectly.

If your order has been confirmed but you haven’t received your email confirmation to come pick up your order, please give us a call after 48 hours to check-in, or email us at

Why was my reservation declined?

Your order may also be declined if there is an issue with your method of payment, or if your payment information has fraudulent signs. 

Can I reserve an item and have someone else pick it up?

Yep! When you’re reserving your item online, make sure you enter the contact information for the person picking it up.
