Retail Associate

CM Nails Supply is a family owned nail and beauty supply business serving nail professionals across the GTA. We're looking for a friendly, dependable Retail Associate to join our team. This is a hands on role where no two days are the same. You'll help customers, prepare online orders, and keep our inventory in order.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers, answer questions, and help them find the right products
  • Build relationships with both professional and retail customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping and pickup
  • Receive, organize, and restock inventory and displays
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock management
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast paced retail environment
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Retail or nail and beauty industry experience is an asset but not required

Inventory and Warehouse Clerk

The Inventory and Warehouse Clerk supports the many supply activities of our company and helps keep our stock room and order fulfilment running smoothly. You will work closely with our team to make sure products are received, counted, stored, and packed accurately so our customers get what they need on time.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Receive and check incoming merchandise
  • Prepare and pack a variety of orders
  • Make sure prepared orders are in good condition and the quantities are correct
  • Take part in cyclical counts and inventory checks
  • Place merchandise on pallets
  • Keep the work area clean, tidy, and ready for supplies

Requirements

  • A comfort with numbers and basic calculations such as multiplication and division, so you can count quickly and accurately
  • Patient, meticulous, punctual, diligent, and able to work on your own
  • In good physical shape and comfortable with physical work
